An informative and practical workshop with a slide presentation followed by key Pilates exercises to help you through the effects of menopause. 

In this workshop, I explain how doing Pilates and making simple lifestyle changes can help manage and limit any negative experiences, allowing you to live life to the full.

Exercise and lifestyle are key to managing perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause symptoms. Pilates is beneficial for helping to maintain bone strength, improving muscle strength and balance, as well as helping with pain and posture. 

If you can’t make the live class, don’t worry as a recording of the class and the slides used will be sent out after the class.
